We are deeply saddened by the news that Dr. Sister May-may Wong (黃美美修女博士), one of the founders of the Hong Kong Principals’ Institute, passed away on 20 November 2020. Dr. Sister Wong was a respectable educator who contributed immensely to education as well as the professional development for teachers and principals in Hong Kong, and she shared a story of her own professional growth in our Institute’s 2016 publication Hong Kong Principals’ Anthology: Stories of Professional Growth of School Principals. Dr. Sister May-may Wong will surely be missed by many of us in the education community, and may her soul rest in peace.
